This is the first time I've never had fear of high wire bend and a kiln mess. Amazing!!!

Alumina kiln rods
First of alI, they are easy to break in order to shorten the rod. I stuck the rods in clay so they would remain upright. I haven't seen results since firing, but I plan on using each rod to support an upside down small bottle form in raku firing.

They don’t warp when fired
Highly recommend. Will definitely use these rather than the high gauge wire that came with my bead racks.
