Kiln Rod (Package 10)

Love these. I’m loading these up with ornaments, and there is zero slumping. Excellent product.

We are doing a massive test tile project for our new studio and I was dreading using traditional kiln wire - so glad I found these. I bought both the regular and thick rods to test. They have now been through multiple firings with 6-8 2”x3” tiles hanging on them and they are as good as new. On our last firing we ran short and used a couple of traditional kiln wires with only 4 tiles each, and you can see the result in the picture - the Sanbao alumina rods are perfectly straight and strong while the kiln wires have out entirely. We fire to cone 5.5. I highly recommend these rods.

Absolutely love the kiln rods from Sanbou! They are exactly what I needed to take my ornament firing to a new level.
