Overglaze decal - Birds

I made Christmas ornaments to donate to a dog rescue as a fundraiser and they come out perfectly.

Hi, I fired several pieces at cone 19 as instruction. All can out great except one piece. A trivet with a Mayco Elements glaze (fired) then decal was applied. This was fired with other pieces on the same shelf in kiln yet it did not come out as well. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Sandra Webster
