  Northern China Tour  

      The Northern China Tour will introduce the visitors to the Buddhist sculpture, architecture and painting traditions in the area east of Xian.  You will travel to the UNESCO heritage site of Pingyao and view ancient architecture. A memorable trip to Datong includes the world-famous Buddha stone sculptures of Yungang. The road less traveled will bring you to traditional dynastic pottery villages and monasteries.

     The tour will begin in Beijing or Xian, depending on if you join the tour before or after the General Assembly in Xian.
